Indian Head Massage is a treatment that works on the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms & face.

This treatment is performed on the client fully clothed, seated in an upright chair making it a great option for everyone. Each treatment takes between 30-45 minutes

It is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system and has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. The treatment has become more popular in Australia over recent years, and it has many benefits.

Indian Head Massage is also called Champissage, which means ""head massage"" and comes from the Hindi term “champi,” from which the English word “shampoo” is derived.

Are you interested in learning Indian head massage...

Indian Head Massage is great for releasing stress and tension in the head, shoulders, neck and upper back. This highly relaxing treatment is beneficial for reducing migraines and tension headaches, and for improving sleep.

It is usually performed with the patient sitting upright in a chair, making it a great option for everyone. You remain fully clothed for the treatment which generally takes between 30-45 minutes.

Then you just get to sit back and relax as the practitioner gets to work on relieving the tension stored in your upper body! You will leave feeling very relaxed and with less pain and tension.

Thinking about having a reflexology treatment but not sure what to expect..
- Foot soak for 5 minutes in warm water with essential oils if requested

- Foot treatment will take approximately 55 minutes consisting of relaxer techniques, followed by thumb walking, rotational and sweeping techniques which will relate to the entire body

The client may wish to talk for a short period and then relax and even fall asleep.
