Be honest, does this look familiar?

With the days getting shorter, it is easy to end up working late with no lights on and only the glow of your screen to see by. It feels normal in the moment, but your eyes are working much harder than they need to, straining against the contrast between a bright screen and a dark room.

Two easy fixes. Add a lamp nearby to soften that contrast, and if you spend a lot of time on screens, ask us about blue light lenses to help reduce the strain.

Your eyes will thank you.
