FULL MOON SISTER CIRCLE 🧚🌝
A journey inwards beneath the full moon: cacao, reflection, and sound ceremony

An invitation to gather, connect, and return home to yourself.

Under the light of the Full Moon, we gather in sacred sisterhood to honour all that has come to fruition, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the wisdom within

Join Becky and Lily for a nourishing exploration of self, sisterhood, and spirit.

Together, we will share in the warmth of Ceremonial Cacao, reflective journaling, and heartfelt connection.

Guided by the energy of the Full Moon, you'll be invited to journey inward, exploring the depths of your inner landscape through gentle reflection, before surrendering into a deeply restorative Sound Ceremony to recalibrate, recentre, and remember your true essence.

On the day, please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and bring a journal, pens, and anything else to help you feel supported (e.g. water, crystals, blanket or cushion if you have a favourite).

Everything else (mats, bolsters, blankets, etc.) will be provided.

Join Becky Tickle for a deeply nourishing sound journey in the beautiful gardens of the Bribie Island Butterfly House. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and simply receive—held by nature, sound, and the metamorphic magic of butterflies.

Whether you're craving rest, clarity, or a little time just for you, this unique experience offers the perfect space to pause and refill your cup, and walk away anew.

What to bring:
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Pillow and/or blanket
Water bottle
Anything that helps you feel cosy and supported (eye mask, bolster, crystals, journal, etc.)
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and set up your space.

Your ticket includes entry to the Butterfly House, so there's nothing extra to pay. Multiple sessions will run throughout the day, so please check your booking time carefully.

Come join Becky for a 6-week journey into the heart of the Native American flute.

A journey deeper into your own heart, your true expression, and the home within.

Gather on the land as we connect with nature, self, and the cosmos through breath, sound, silence, and song.

More than learning an instrument, this is an invitation to remember the song that has always lived within you; to slow down, awaken your own unique voice, and be held in a supportive, intimate circle.

🌱 Limited spaces to keep the group small and deeply held.

Early bird ends 15th July. Flute included. No musical experience required—because this isn’t about measured notes or perfect technique. It’s about tuning into your own hearts song, rather than someone else’s system.

Labels become our limitations. We were not made to fit into one box, one role, or remain one way forever.

We are multifaceted. We are constantly growing and evolving. And labels can become another way we keep ourselves small, comfortable, and the same.

In my own journey, and in witnessing clients on theirs, I’ve seen that the moment we release the pressure to fit beneath a label, we become free in who we are.

Free in our truth.
Free in our expression.
Free in our purpose.
Free in the work, creations, and impact we bring into the world.

For a long time, I over-identified with the therapist role. I told myself I couldn’t do certain things because that’s not what a therapist does.

The same thing happened with sound healing, embodiment and running events.

“If I’m x then I can’t do y”

“I can’t do that because it doesn’t fit this label.”

And if you’re someone who feels deeply connected to your multifaceted nature, you can probably relate.

We start believing we can’t do something simply because of the label we’ve assigned ourselves. We hold ourselves back because it doesn’t make sense to do that if we’re this.

So here’s the invitation:

Completely f**k off the label.

Let yourself be you.

Let yourself be a human having a human experience. Let yourself create from a place of truth, connection, and heart-led desire.

It doesn’t have to make any f**king sense.

It just has to feel aligned.
It just has to feel like you.

And if you’re standing at the threshold of figuring out who you are, what you’re here to create, or how to build a life that feels like yours without losing yourself in the process, this corner of the internet is for you.
