After a couple of years focussing on administrative work I am now pivoting back to massage.
On 29 September '26 I will be reopening my clinic in Dungog.
Currently I am uttering the occasional swear word while trying to link my website & booking system but I will get there.

I will also be running Posture Plus classes at Farmstrong Fitness 8.00am Wednesdays from 30 September '26.
I will be conducting an information session at Farmstrong Fitness on Wednesday 16 September'26 at 5.30pm. These classes focus on learning how to look after yourself- challenge your potential & achieve results that help you to be pain free.

After Friday 20 September'24 I will no longer be massaging on a full time basis.
I will have spots available once a month on a Saturday.
Also I will continue to run my Posture Plus classes once a week. These are a great way to learn about how to reduce your pain levels.
I would love to thank all the wonderful people that I have met through this industry over the last 27 year.
