What are we teaching our children through the way we treat people who think differently to us?
We seem to be living in a time where division is everywhere. Differences in opinion, politics, gender and identity can sometimes feel louder than our shared humanity.
As a psychologist, I believe one of the most important lessons we can teach our children isn't about being right. It's about being curious, compassionate and respectful. Learning to listen. Learning to disagree without devaluing others.
The world needs more kindness, connection and compassion and that starts with the example we set every day.
What message do you hope your children learn from the way you treat others? Jo x
