I forgot how painfully uncomfortable arthrograms are, hopefully now we will know whats going on. 11 weeks of dealing with an injury I couldn't heal from having waaayyy to much fun dancing at Fearless Women's Forest Gathering 💃✨️

One must not do, " The Time Warp " and bring my knees in tight and do the pelvic thrust.... As yes it will drive one insane from months of pain 🤣🤣🤣🙈

***Herbal Hydration Tonic ***

I have created a beautiful supportive tonic spray for mature dreads.

There is something that I have noticed at my age that perhaps I wouldn't have noticed if I still had dreadlocks.
That is how much hair I had been losing! With hormonal changes and depleting collagen production, I was losing handfuls of hair with every wash.

So along with using the Botanical Crown Elixir once or twice a week I have created a spray that I use daily ( if I remember) not only supports strong hair follicles it also supports stronger hair strands AND the best part absolutely residue free 🙌
