Sometimes the most meaningful way to help is simply by coming together.

Join us for a **Wellness Day** at the **Bendigo Regional Tennis Centre** and enjoy a day of movement, laughter and connection, all while supporting our neighbours in the Harcourt community following the devastating 2026 bushfires.

Enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day, including:

🌿 Term Two Begins at True Essence Yoga 🌿

After a gentle two-week pause, we return…

As the days grow shorter and the air turns cooler, this new term invites you into a practice of **steady strength and balance** — both on and off the mat.

We’ll be moving through a grounding warrior-inspired flow, building strength, resilience, and stability, while softly reconnecting with ourselves.

This is your space to slow down, find your footing, and return to what feels steady within 🤍

🗓 Commencing Thursday 23rd April
🕕 Time: 5:55pm for a 6:00pm start
💫 Cost: $15
