This weekend I'll be representing BB Dental and joining our local community for Relay For Life.
Relay For Life is so much more than just walking laps. It's an opportunity to celebrate cancer survivors, remember those we've lost, and stand alongside those who are currently facing their own cancer journey.
Like so many people, cancer has touched the lives of my family, friends, colleagues and patients. It's a cause that's close to my heart, and I'm proud to be taking part in such a meaningful community event for the first time.
One thing that has truly surprised me has been the incredible support I've received during my fundraising. So many people have shared their own stories of how cancer has touched their lives, and every donation has come with a story, a memory, or someone they are honouring. It's been a deeply humbling experience and a reminder of just how many lives this disease affects.
If you're taking part this weekend, I hope you have an amazing Relay. Every lap, every donation and every volunteer helps make a difference.
