Skin picking is something we don’t talk about enough, yet it’s more common than many people realise.

In this video, Dr Sarah Boxley discusses dermatillomania (skin picking disorder), a body-focused repetitive behaviour that can be associated with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). For many people living with acne, pimples, blocked pores and even small skin irregularities can become difficult to resist picking.
