We’ve been working away behind the scenes getting everything ready, and it feels pretty special to finally be able to share our new home with you.
Emerge has grown a lot over the years, in our team, the work we do and the communities we work alongside. This move gives us the space to keep growing, creating and exploring what is possible, while continuing to build on everything that has made Emerge what it is today.
There’s still plenty of packing, moving and finishing touches to go, but we’re nearly there.
We can’t wait to welcome you to 75 Newnham Drive.

🎉 Okay… this one feels VERY Emerge.

We are also finalists in the Allied Health Team Culture Excellence category at the Australian Allied Health Awards! 💚

Because let’s face it everyone wants to feel happy, supported, encouraged and celebrated at work! Team Culture is fiercely protected and valued by everyone at Emerge.

There are big days. Hard conversations. Full calendars. Changing systems. Complex challenges. Awesome outcomes. Lot’s of laughs 😅

And that’s exactly why who you do it with matters.

A good team celebrates the wins, shares the load when things get tough, asks “are you okay?”, makes room for different strengths and perspectives, and knows that sometimes a laugh is what you need.

We’ve worked hard to build a workplace where people can be human, where directors exist to make everyone’s lives easier, where connection matters, and where our team can bring their strengths to work and their individuality is celebrated.

Coming so soon after being named Business of the Year at the Launceston Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, this recognition feels like another pretty special moment for our team.
