Ever notice how making a tiny decision can feel strangely exhausting? ๐ฎโ๐จ๐
You can handle the big things like work, deadlines, important conversations, and major life decisions. But then someone asks, โWhat do you want for dinner?โ and suddenly your brain has had enough. ๐
This can happen when you've been making decisions all day. Even small choices take mental energy, and when that energy is running low, your brain may start to overthink, avoid, or simply shut down.
It doesn't necessarily mean you're indecisive. Sometimes, you're just mentally overloaded.
Creating a few routines or having go-to options can take some of those little decisions off your plate. You don't have to make every choice from scratch. So the next time you find yourself thinking, โWhy is this so hard? It's such a small decision,โ pause for a moment and ask yourself: โAm I struggling with the decision, or am I just tired?โ ๐
