We want to make sure our patients are aware that flu vaccinations are now available at Capstone Medical Centre.

The Australian Government funds the flu vaccine at no cost for a number of groups under the National Immunisation Program, including:

— Children aged 6 months to under 5 years
— Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy
— Adults aged 65 and over (including a specially formulated vaccine for stronger protection)
— Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over
— People with certain medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, kidney disease, and others

Yearly vaccination is also recommended for all Australians from 6 months of age, regardless of eligibility.

We are pleased to announce that Capstone Medical Centre is now fully bulk billing all Medicare-eligible patients for eligible services.

This means that for covered GP services, you only need your Medicare card and there will be no out-of-pocket costs.

By continuing to offer bulk billing across our clinic, we are reinforcing our commitment to providing accessible, affordable healthcare and supporting the ongoing health and well being of our local community.
