We hosted a Christmas in July Trivia Night this week, for a little bit of seasonal fun. Congratulations to our winners, whose impressive knowledge of all things festive truly shone.

Living Choice will be at The Hills District Retirement Village and Resort Expo this Sunday and Monday. Hosted at Castle Hill RSL, it is a wonderful opportunity to speak to the team and ask questions about our villages, communities and lifestyle we offer. We look forward to seeing you there.

We were thrilled to host The Linnet Choir of Sydney, for a concert this morning. The Choir filled the room with their vibrant mix of songs and brightened everyone’s day. Their energy was infectious, their harmonies were beautiful, and they left us all smiling.

Good company and a great coffee ☕🚶‍♀️
Our Walking Group, led by Annie, heads down each week to the coffee truck at the park on Vimeria Rd. It’s the perfect ritual — a hot drink, a snack, plenty of laughs, and a relaxed stroll back to the Village. Just remember to bring a little cash for your coffee and treat. It is a lovely way to meet neighbours and start the day with a smile.

Living Choice Triples Bowls Carnival at North Epping.

Living Choice has been the main sponsor of the Bowls Triples Carnival for many, many years. The sponsorship is divided between Living Choice Glenhaven in the Hills Shire and Leisure Lea Gardens Retirement Village in Marsfield.

The Triples Carnival is well-supported by bowlers from many clubs across Sydney and this week they gathered at North Epping Bowls Club.
First place went to a composite team from the North Epping, Northmead, and Hills clubs, second place to the North Epping team, and 3rd place to North Ryde.

Assistant Village Manager of Leisure Lea Gardens, Anna Ginters, presented the prizes to the winning teams. Set high above Lane Cove National Park, North Epping Bowls Club has recently opened a new bistro and have been welcoming visitors for delicious meals, and for competitive lawn bowls and more relaxed barefoot bowls.

Last week, we were thrilled to host Marcus Pearce for an inspiring morning focused on longevity, wellness and living a fuller, more vibrant life.

Residents, guests, and future community members enjoyed an uplifting session filled with practical tips, meaningful conversations, and plenty of moments that left us feeling energised and empowered.
