Can’t explain how this majestic Prince can just soothe the soul, regulate us and fill our cups, what an extraordinary lucky way to start the day at Horsehand with Colleen, before the heat kicked in.

2 hours at the pool exercising, gently guiding and building more confidence in the water. Meeting other like minded Disability support workers out in the community spreading their positivity too and then off for quick lunch.

End the day with some physio at One focus w/ Eboni and Aisha, looking forward to the fun challenges ahead!

Pumped, engaged, motivated and ready to continue to kick goals with our deadly clients. Always above/beyond and whole heartedly 🙌🏽💪🏽❤️
