body building. We are committed to providing all clients with tailored, individual packages to suit their needs. We work with each client to create a specialised plan to achieve the desired results. We use the knowledge gained from various ongoing training and professional development courses to enhance the knowledge we provide. We don't believe in off the shelf, fast fix, cookie cutter solutions. We believe in proper technique, future proof, solution based training. Like any small business owner, none of this would be possible without the people around us, especially my husband. 🤍

Life got in the way… and I completely forgot to open my online bookings. 🫠

Tuesdays and Thursdays are now permanently open online, with all treatments back as usual.

There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes lately.

We’ve been busy building a dedicated massage and waiting room, and I’m excited to say she’s officially up and running! 👏
