The Winter Solstice Gathering is here. 🌑🔥

Once a year, the longest night asks us to pause. To stop pushing. To get honest about what we’ve been quietly carrying - and finally, truly, let it go.

This is your invitation to do exactly that.

This isn’t our usual gathering. This is something deeper.

On the Winter Solstice, we’re coming together - just 10 women - for an intimate evening designed for the ones who are ready to stop skimming the surface. To get still. To get real. To sit with what’s actually been going on beneath the busy, the capable, the I’m fine.

Because some things need more than a breath and a good night’s sleep to release. They need a fire. They need stillness. They need a room full of women who won’t flinch when you finally say the true thing.

Throughout the evening we’ll move through breathwork and grounding, guided journalling, a fire release ritual, sound healing with the beautiful @‌chez__stanley, and reiki - all held together with warm drinks, light dinner, and the kind of connection that actually fills you up.

This is the space to ask yourself what you’ve been too busy, or too afraid, to sit with. What’s ready to be released. What becomes possible when you finally put it down.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about coming home to yourself - honestly, openly, and in the warmth of women who get it.

And the more I sat with it, the more I realised how true it feels.

We wait until we’re exhausted before we rest.
Until we’re overwhelmed before we ask for support.
Until we’re stressed, burnt out, resentful, disconnected, or completely running on empty before we admit that something needs to change.

We push through.
We hold it all together.
We tell ourselves we’re fine.
We convince ourselves that everyone else needs us more.

And somewhere along the way, many of us learned that our needs only become important when they’re impossible to ignore.
That rest must be earned.
That support must be justified.
That we have to reach our limit before we’re allowed to step back and take care of ourselves.

But what if we didn’t wait?

What if we paid attention to the whispers before they became screams?

What if we checked in with ourselves before we reached breaking point?

What if we gave ourselves permission to rest, to receive support, to make changes, and to choose ourselves while things were still manageable?

I’ve come to believe that the strongest thing we can do isn’t to keep pushing until we can’t anymore.
It’s learning to notice when something feels off and responding before it becomes a crisis.
Because you don’t have to be falling apart to deserve support.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom to make yourself a priority.

You are allowed to choose yourself now. ❤️✨
