Oh dear! If you've heard this before, maybe its time to visit our clinic instead. Dr Allan Kalamir works *at most* in a 6 week rehab cycle, after which every patient is discharged with home based exercises and strategies to self manage. Future visits are purely optional, occasional and preventative maintenance only. We never hustle people for endless ongoing treatment plans. If you've been subject to that kind of pressure, walk away and get a second opinion.

⭐Thanks to everyone who helped to make our 30 years in practice celebration so memorable, and congratulations once again to the prize winners of the August weekly draw. There'll still be a couple of pop up giveaways and random prizes over the coming months, so stay tuned to be in the running.

At least 50% of my sciatica patients come in to the clinic with this problem. Its much easier to fix than disc bulges, but few doctors even bother to test for it

Yesterday we drew the last of our 30 year Celebration prizes for August and the winner was Cynthia Benin! Congratulations and we hope you enjoy the prize - a tray of goodies including a massage gun, rehab equipment and creams. We've enjoyed sharing our celebration with you all, but there are a few more giveaways yet that we're going to do throughout the year, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, if you've got aches and pains that just wont settle, or have had treatment with chiros and physios elsewhere with little improvement, why not come in and have a chat to see if we can find a better solution for you.

Our next lucky winner in the 30th Anniversary prize draw this morning was Gabriel Parlapiano, who actually mentioned he never wins anything! First time for everything!
Our last self care hamper, which contains a massage gun, exercise equipment and creams worth over $100 will be drawn next Monday.
To be in the running, all you have to do is come in for a treatment some time this week: Chiro, Massage or Shockwave Therapy- all qualify for the draw.
