Feeling very grateful today. 💜

A few months ago, Innovative Pelvic Health Hub was just an idea.

Today, not only has Skool featured our community in its Facebook advertising, but in the latest Skool news both Sam Ovens and Kirby commented on our community.

With almost 200,000 members on the Skool platform, that was a pretty special moment.

What excites me most isn’t the recognition itself. It’s the feeling that the message is reaching more women who need evidence-based pelvic health information and support.

At the same time we’re building our YouTube channel, becoming more active on LinkedIn, creating better educational content, and continuing to grow our wonderful community.

Some days it feels like all the hard work is starting to come together.

Very grateful to Sam, Kirby, the Skool team, and everyone who has supported this journey. 💜

Bladder leakage is incredibly common…
But common does NOT mean normal.

Many women leak:
• when coughing
• sneezing
• laughing
• running
• lifting
• exercising

Yet so many women never receive proper pelvic floor education.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Functional Training helps women learn how to:
✨ Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles
✨ Improve coordination & timing
✨ Support the bladder during pressure
✨ Improve confidence with movement
✨ Reduce leakage in daily life

Inside our pathway women progress through:
• Foundation Find & Feel
• Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (Kegels)
• Coordinated Pelvic Floor Muscle Training
• Real-life movement retraining
• Reflex protection strategies

For many women, the missing link is not simply more squeezing…
It’s learning how the pelvic floor muscles function during real life movement and pressure 💜

A little win that gave me a huge smile this week. 💜

I was incredibly excited to see Skool feature my community, Innovative Pelvic Health Hub.

As a pelvic health physiotherapist with more than 35 years of experience, creating an online community has been a completely different journey from running a clinic. There have been moments of excitement, moments of doubt, and plenty of learning along the way.

What I’ve discovered is that building a Skool community is so much more than creating a classroom.

First, you build the classroom and lessons.

Then you create live events and opportunities for members to connect.

Then comes the daily work of showing up, supporting members, answering questions, encouraging conversations and keeping the community active and welcoming.

And then comes another challenge altogether — learning how to tell people your community exists.

For me, that has meant starting a YouTube channel, creating long-form educational content, repurposing videos into lessons, becoming more active on LinkedIn, and now consistently creating Facebook content.

Every step has pushed me outside my comfort zone.

Seeing my community featured by Skool felt like a little reminder that all those small daily actions matter.

Most of all, I feel grateful.

Grateful to Sam Ovens for his vision of creating a platform where educators can genuinely help people and build communities around shared goals.

And grateful to the Skool team for creating a platform that has allowed me to support women with pelvic health concerns in ways I never could inside the walls of a clinic.

Still learning. Still building. Still showing up every day.

But today I’m taking a moment to celebrate this win. 💜

Many women are told to “just do Kegels”…

But most women are never taught the full pathway of pelvic floor muscle function.

Inside the Innovative Pelvic Health Hub, we teach women step-by-step how to:

✨ Find & feel their pelvic floor muscles
✨ Build strength with pelvic floor muscle training (Kegels)
✨ Coordinate the muscles with breathing, posture & movement
✨ Use the pelvic floor during real-life movement
✨ Develop reflex protection for coughing, sneezing & lifting

This pathway is so important for helping reduce:
• bladder leakage
• pelvic heaviness
• prolapse symptoms
• poor pelvic support
• low confidence with movement

Kegels are important.
But for many women… they are only one part of the picture.

Women deserve to understand how their pelvic floor muscles truly work 💜
