✨ What a beautiful day of learning, connection and frequency! ✨

Our Level 1 Chakras - Tuning Forks Workshop was such a wonderful day. 💫

We explored the energy systems of the body, learned more about the chakras and discovered how we can use the beautiful frequencies of tuning forks to help bring the body’s energy back into balance. 🎶✨

There was plenty of hands-on learning, sharing, connection and, of course, lots of beautiful sounds and vibrations!

It was amazing to see everyone experiencing the forks for themselves and learning practical techniques they can take home and use in their own wellbeing practice — or with their clients. 💜

What if the future of health isn’t about treating disease—but supporting your body before illness develops?

In this video, I explore why more people are shifting their focus from reacting to illness to investing in prevention, healthy ageing, and cellular wellness.

As a Kinesiologist, I see every day how chronic stress can impact the nervous system and influence the body’s ability to maintain balance. We discuss why regulating the nervous system, supporting emotional wellbeing, and reducing the effects of ongoing stress are essential foundations for long-term health.

I also share why I believe kinesiology and ASEA Redox Signalling Molecules complement each other so well. While kinesiology helps identify and reduce physical, emotional, biochemical and energetic stressors, ASEA supports healthy cellular communication through redox signalling molecules. Together, they share the same philosophy: supporting the body’s natural ability to maintain homeostasis—its state of balance—so it can repair, adapt and function at its best.
