We practice Hatha, Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga. They gradually change with the seasons, a cold day in winter, we will be moving and flowing. Practicing more Hatha strengthening, heating, standing postures. A hot day in summer will find us laying down and practicing mainly cooling, calming yin and restorative yoga. Learn how to use this wonderful holistic system of Medicine to improve health and well being. Yoga is not meant to be an exercise program, exercise programs don't touch your heart and mind, it is a wellness program. Some of my students sit in chairs, some in lotus position. Yoga is for everybody and it is a gentle practice. When you are gentle with your body, it starts to relax, to let go, to become flexible. Add depth and detail to your practice with Mudras - Hand Positions. Essential Oils. Singing Bowls. Self Massage. Music. Chanting. Crystals and Colour. There are so many wonderful meditations to teach.
