We have had so many new patients these last few months and we are so excited to have more and more people welcomed into our little clinic.

This weekend Mitch, Kieren and our practice manager Kate travelled to Perth for a 2 day Chiropractic seminar.

We were 3 of almost 400 participants ranging from all over the world.
This was an opportunity to meet, learn from and collaborate with other Chiropractors, Chiropractic students and Chiropractic Assistants.

Some of the topics discussed ranged from:
- connections and building relationships with patients
- the art of the individual chiropractors adjustment
- the principles of Chiropractic
- Chiropractic neuroscience research, and much more!

Safe to say we are coming home being both inspired and challenged!

In our true style, we also snuck in a cheeky game at Optus Stadium because the Eagles were playing of course!!
After a long day of learning, we were hoping that our brains could mellow a little, but the close loss got our heads and hearts pounding! 🤣

We're looking forward to bringing back some thoughts and ideas to share with our team and our incredible patients.

For the last 16 years as a Chiropractor, Dr Mitch has worked 6 days a week. Recently I jumped onto our booking system and blocked off one Tuesday a month for Mitch to have off. He argued me on it, but as a good husband does, he knew his wife was right and caved in. Sometimes you can't look after others, if you don't look after yourself. Today we chose to go fishing and so far I am the only one who has caught anything so Kate:1 Mitch:0 - the wife always wins 🤣 Happy spouse, happy house.
Derek and Dr Kieren are still in today for all your musculoskeletal needs and Dr Mitch is back in tomorrow morning.
