π§ββοΈπ INVITATION: New Moon Practice, Relief from expectation; we surrender doing and embrace being.
WHEN: Tuesday 14 July 6.30pm to 7.30pm
WORDS:
There is something extraordinary about women.
For generations, women have been the nurturers, the caregivers, the protectors, the creators, the quiet strength that holds everything together. We have an incredible capacity to love deeply, adapt, endure and rise, even when life asks more of us than seems possible.
When challenges arise, our instinct is often to keep going. To hold our s**t together. To care for everyone else before ourselves. We become the carers, the leaders, the partners, the mothers, the daughters, the friends, the breadwinners. We learn to soothe ourselves through the storms, to keep moving, even when we're running on empty.
And somewhere along the way, many of us begin to believe that rest must be earned. That surrender is weakness. That asking for support somehow means we've failed.
But what if pausing is an act of courage?
What if allowing ourselves to be held is one of the most powerful things we can do?
