The thing about C-section healing is this…

It’s so much more than a pretty little pattern over the scar.

👉🏼 It’s breath
👉🏼 It’s abdominal release

👉🏼 It’s nervous system regulation

I used to tell myself over and over:

✨ That I wasn’t ready.

✨ That someone else was more qualified.

✨ That I needed another course before I could start.

✨ That confidence comes before action.

✨ That successful people know something I don’t.

✨ That I wasn’t good enough.

What I’ve learned is actually, nobody feels ready.

The practitioners who grow aren’t the ones with the most qualifications, the most confidence, or the perfect plan.

They’re the ones who feel the fear and do it anyway.

This is exactly why I created The Body Lane Academy.
