ADULT AND TEEN GUIDED MEDITATION (mindfulness and relaxation) ON CREATING SAFETY AND GROUNDEDNESS WITHIN (on Zoom) 9.30AM FRIDAY 20/08/21 (Vic time).
As we continue to navigate these uncertain times it becomes evident that creating a safe space is absolutely vital in order to reset and be able to continue on!
Our mental health is a top priority.
When we feel safe, grounded and at ease within, we are more adept at navigating the challenges without. Our executive functioning skills are operating full steam…we can plan, organise, adapt, recognise emotional states, remember and more.
Friday’s meditation will focus on creating that safe refuge within. A sense of groundedness and ease to support you in your life. To give you a space to rest, a meditation massage for your prefrontal lobe. So that when you head back into your day, into life, you do so with your executive functioning skills at full strength.
Beginners and newcomers most welcome. A 35 minute meditation.
This meditation is designed for any level of experience so feel free to share this with your friends and invite them along.
