GP services update.

There are now some plans to try and keep this service running. We appreciate your patience as we navigate what this looks like. Telehealth service for our regular patients is still available now. Doctors will also be providing face to face appointments in August and likely September. We will keep the community informed during this time with updates. Please phone 9949 4444 for enquiries or appointment bookings.

After much careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue our GP services in the near future.

It has been an honour to serve the Exmouth community over the last six years.

We sincerely thank our doctors, nurses, and administrative team for their commitment to providing exceptional care to our town and its visitors.

As we move forward, Exmouth health professionals will return its focus to allied health services (physio, chiropractic etc) and we look forward to continuing to support the health and wellbeing of our community.

Further information in regards to dates and details about the transfer of medical records, will be shared in due course. All results are still being checked, continuity of care is still ongoing at this stage.
