Heading home again after an amazing few days at O-SHOW26 💫

One of the things I love most about events like this isn’t just the learning — it’s the people.

Women in Optics was such a wonderful opportunity to share experiences, have honest conversations, support each other and connect with so many inspiring women across our industry.

Then there’s the networking… catching up with old friends, meeting new people, sharing ideas and those conversations that continue long after the event finishes.

I’m heading home feeling grateful, inspired and reminded of just how special our optical community is. ❤️
