A study recently published in the Journal of Clinical Lipidology found that daily avocado consumption was linked to a lower concentration of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) particles in the blood which is associated with an estimated 4% decrease in heart disease risk.

Drinking coffee for better liver health?

A study published in Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology linked coffee consumption with lower risks of cirrhosis, liver cancer, and death from liver disease.

Researchers examined data from 354,957 UK Biobank participants for a median period of 13 years and found that coffee drinkers generally experienced better liver outcomes than people who did not drink coffee.

According to a study recently published in the journal Food and Function, researchers discovered that fewer than 20% of people reached the flavanol intake level associated with heart health benefits.
