Some agar work I have recently been doing. On the left is pink oyster and the right a shop bought portabello I cloned. The pink oyster had been incorrectly stored in the fridge for an extended period of time,(by me), and I managed to isolate some dominant growth.

First flush of chestnuts. Weighed in at just under 300g. Not bad for a 1kg block!
