The exercises that challenge your strength, balance, coordination, confidence or control are often the ones that move you forward 🚀
Progress doesn’t come from avoiding what you’re bad at.
It comes from practising it.
Become comfortable being uncomfortable.
Become good at being bad.
A few weeks from now, the exercise that feels impossible today could be the one that feels effortless 🤸🏽
