The longest night of the year. A moment to pause, rest, and welcome the slow return of light.
This Sunday at I Am That, join Niamh Pollins for a 2-hour practice honouring the Winter Solstice, a space to slow down, turn inward, and reflect as we mark the longest night of the year. Together we'll learn to embrace the dark, making way for the gradual return of light. Drawing on her Celtic heritage, Niamh teaches from a tradition thousands of years old, rooted in honouring the earth's cycles.
Falling on International Yoga Day, this is a chance to slow down, reflect on the season behind us, and set intentions for what's ahead.
