Vin Yin is a combination of Vinyasa (one breath - one movement) , and Yin (where we hold the poses for a longer period of time)

A beautiful way to flow followed by stillness
Wonderful for the nervous system.

Wednesday classes in the Cosy Room have a slight change of times

Due to another class after us.

Fridays - 10.30am for Chair Yoga

Please come 5 or so mins before class, no need to bring anything. All equipment provided.
When arriving we are quiet as other Yoga classes are on in the big studio
