💙 No matter how clear you believe you are expressing yourself & your message, the Universe will forever reveal ways we can be more clear.

This mornings’ beautiful question in has led to a brief journey into our community history.

The question by acupuncturist Taffy Taffy Avard ~ how do we use the New Encoding Patterns in clinic?

What a magnificent question & this is relevant no matter your profession.

✨ Answer : we activate them for our patients for spiritual awakening & chakra alignment using acupuncture pins✨

New Encoding Patterns are the foundation of Esoteric Acupuncture & they are the cohesive unifying system that is the combination of acupuncture, the hindu chakra system, sacred geometry & esoteric numerology.

Brought through during the 90’s from our Sensei Dr. Mikio Sankey L.Ac., New Encodings were initially designed to be installed in clinic, with our patients and using acupuncture needles (or tools of choice eg tuning forks, essential oils, flower essences etc) for the purpose of spiritual awakening, aligning the chakra system & expanding Heart frequency, for the benefit of humanity as a whole.

In Esoteric Acupuncture, as a complete body of work, there is only ONE official meditation sequence and that is the 361 Antahkarana Meditation ~ Tool for Enlightenment.

The 361 Antahkarana is worthy of study if you are very serious about your inner work &, as a student of this, it is very dear to my heart.

Simply due to its complexity, the Antahkarana Sequence isn’t for everyone. However, many years ago, I was guided to create an environment, for practitioners and civilians alike, where we could share & experience the wisdoms of Esoteric Acupuncture with inclusivity, for the benefit of our individual practice, our collective awakening, & of course for the health of our planet.

November 6–8, I’ll be in Surry Hills teaching our final Esoteric Acupuncture Essentials Level One training for 2026.

Three days immersed in the extraordinary work of Dr. Mikio Sankey, exploring the acupuncture medicine alongside the Hindu Chakra system, sacred geometry, esoteric numerology & the New Encoding Patterns.

✨ SPIRIT PATH ✨ Meditation Term 4

What happens when we become truly still?

In Term 4 we begin working with the Spirit Path, leading us into the teachings of the Antahkarana ~ the subtle bridge, or pathway of consciousness, between the personality and the ‘higher’ aspects of ourselves.

Think kindness, love, compassion, gratitude, acts of service, awareness expanding beyond the ME.

We’ll be working particularly with the threads of consciousness and the thread that must be consciously built through meditation, the Thread of Creative Activity 💙 The Voice of Silence.

I LOVE this because beneath the techniques, the breathwork, the New Encoding Patterns and the esoteric teachings, there is this very simple practice:

Can we actually become quiet enough to really listen with the fullness of our hearts?

Term 4 will weave together pranayama, meditation, fascial release, Agni Sara, working with light, New Encoding Patterns and the teachings of the Antahkarana.

You absolutely do not need to know anything about Esoteric Acupuncture to join us.

Since our Melbourne Essentials training over Father’s Day weekend, I’ve used Esoteric Acupuncture with every patient I’ve seen in clinic.

I feel more confident than ever about the place of this work within our medicine.

The recent Esoteric Acupuncture Essentials workshop in Melbourne marks one full year of training to peers, colleagues and health professionals and what I have learned along the way, who I am becoming as a result of this endeavour, is not what I had predicted.

Below are just a few things that Im currently working through as we gear up for Sydney in November.

1. It’s not about teaching or the course content, really at all. At least 80% of energy consumption goes into marketing endurance, self assurance (there’s a lot of that) and embodiment of the work itself

This has been by far the most difficult thing to step into. Marketing consistency, strategy, knowing where there is support (thank you Aust. Acupunture Chinese Med.) and where there isn’t The silence and the void of sharing, emailing, posting and websiting and having no push back that lets you know things are landing, somewhere, anywhere. It can feel really contracting and the self doubt is real and loud. One kind word of encouragement goes a really long way (thanks to my main kind word crew Benji, Mumma and my darling business partner Acupuncturist & Naturopath | Yarraville who are just such beacons for me as I stumble gracefully into the next version of myself 👩‍🏫)

2. Which brings me to #2 - Sabotage programs. Hearing my higher self tell me for the 100th time that I need to go to the hairdresser, or go to bed early, or be more organised, or order this now you’re running out of time, or or or (the list is endless and personal) I’m learning that in order to be a brand that people trust, respect & love, I need to trust, love & respect myself 💪🏼💃

3. Love, expansion & wisdom. Esoteric Acupuncture is wild. The expansion is REAL. How I continue to fall more deeply in love with this work, how it develops through my cells, my life and my clinic space is pure actual magic. I had a day in clinic this week that was 🤯 beyond incredible 💫 The conversations, referrals and testimonials that come from real patients in real time 🙌🏼 This is why I share this knowledge from the deepest place of love in my heart ~ for us all 🌎

📿 While I’ve been guiding meditation classes for over a decade, this is my first year of teaching so in the very beginning stages .. which is another way of saying my numbers are humble and growth is my current existing challenge.

The thing is though, this is exactly what I am here in this lifetime to do. This is my language, my creative expression, my experience, knowledge and passion.

So I can’t argue with reality. I just need to keep going.

When previous participants of my EA course take a moment to share sentiments such as these, I cry. I do 🥹 They touch my heart and allow me to feel that lives are being positively influenced by esoteric acupuncture, in the same way that mine has been.

Esoteric literally means “that which is intended for or understood by only a small number of people with an interest or specialised knowledge. Secret or confidential, designed to be known by an inner circle”

Being a healer is already an esoteric practice. This work is unique and steadily refines your inner light 💫
