Arts Sessions in Reflection.

I like to make art to help reflect on an arts therapy session, to highlight moments that felt important or special, or challenging. These creative reflections are an offering to those I walk alongside, and a way for me to acknowledge and appreciate what has happened in the space.

Sometimes it's a single word, an impromptu poem or a brief sketch. Regardless of its form, the intention is to allow the participant and their process to feel seen.
