Have you ever tried GUA SHA (scraping)?!

Gua sha is the practice of using a tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension.
Gua Sha stretches the connective tissue and softens adhesions.
This helps to reduce pain and restore range of movement. By removing these constrictions it also helps to improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
It draws toxins out from deep within the muscles and body. This allows them to the body to flush them away and nourish the local area with fresh blood.

This technique can also:
* Reduce pain
* Reduce inflammation
* Reduce tension
* Remove toxins
* Have a Stimulating effect on the body

Note:
The darker the areas are, the more blood stagnation there is in that area.
The marks can look like grazes.
They are not bruises.
The marks usually present between 1-7 days.
