A ruminating mind often arises when the body & nervous system feel stressed or unsafe.

Somatic therapy gently invites us out of the mind and into the body. Back into sensation, breath, presence and the quiet language of the body, where safety isn’t something we think about, but something we begin to feel.

It is from this place that we can gently process underlying stress, emotions or trauma that keep us stuck in overthinking, to create more spaciousness and presence day-to-day.
