Im excited to share that our venue has changed for this event only — and truthfully, it feels like the perfect evolution for this experience.

Djeran will now be held at the breathtaking Fremantle Town Hall, located at 8 William Street, Fremantle, on Thursday 14th of May.

Steeped in history and restored to its original grandeur, the Town Hall is one of Fremantle’s most iconic heritage buildings — rich with Victorian architecture, soaring ceilings, warm limestone textures and an atmosphere that feels both timeless and deeply alive. The space carries the colours and feeling of autumn itself: opulent, grounding, intimate and expansive all at once.

As we move into the season of Djeran — a time of cooling winds, transition and reflection — this incredible hall gives us the opportunity to create something even more immersive, cinematic and unforgettable together.

Not just a yoga class — this is an immersive night of movement, sound, nourishment & connection inside Fremantle’s Moores Building Contemporary Art Space.

We begin here.
The evening starts with a live DJ set by Sobhan — a creator of soundscapes that weave chants, songs, and layered sonic storytelling. His work moves between the familiar and the unknown, creating a grounded but expansive space that brings people into presence and connection.
This is arrival. This is landing. This is where you meet the room.

Then we move.

A guided vinyasa journey inspired by a seasonal journey through the Noongar Six Seasons, guided by the Fire Horse archetype, this vinyasa yoga class is led by Pulse Yoga founder Yasmin Reading, supported by a live DJ set from Sophie aka , whose signature Yoga sets blend emotive soundscapes with uplifting rhythms in a unique way. This is where sound initiates movement and energy toward breath, body and mind. This is where movement meets sound.
Where practice becomes experience.

Then we stay in it.

And after practice, we gather.
A nourishing seasonal soup by Moore & Moore is shared in community — simple, grounding, and intentionally designed to extend connection beyond the mat supported by a DJ sound journey featuring Matrika_Music and Sobhan carries the room through integration — texture, rhythm, organic electronical sound woven into a shared sonic field.

This is the part most people remember.

Not rushing out.
Not disappearing.
Staying in conversation. Staying in presence.

Sometimes what we call chance… isn’t chance at all.

This reel was captured beneath the work of Donna Gough — an exhibition that was meant to close last week, yet remained.

In traditional Chinese cosmology, black represents the void — pure potential — while yellow represents Earth, grounding, stability, creation.
Together, they reflect the dynamic interplay of forces… the constant transformation of life.

Our first Yoga in the Gallery for 2026 launches March 27 — aligning with the Year of the Horse and the rhythm of Noongar seasons, this one will set the tone for an unforgettable series.
