This January, I had the pleasure of heading back to India to keep digging deeper into Vedic knowledge along side other Vedic Meditation teachers from around the world.

After the training finished, I had the pleasure of travelling down to Haridwar to visit Anandamayi Ma’s Ashram.

It was such an incredible place to visit, and to spend some special time with these two beauties made me smile so much my cheeks hurt!

Something’s cooking behind the scenes here at Meditation with Elliot and we can’t wait to share!

We had some of the most amazing creatives and friends come along to our photoshoot last weekend and we are just so thankful for all the amazing people that are around us.

The best part was working with the insanely talented and beautiful man Mauro Palmieri 📷 and experiencing the stunning surrounds of Traveller's Return 🏠
