Our last one-day Pregnancy Massage Training for 2026, is coming up in two beautiful WA locations-with one date in Fremantle and another in Margaret River.
This training includes, hands-on practice, clear demonstrations, plenty of time for questions and individual support as we work through the full body Pregnancy massage sequence together.

Pregnancy massage is such a rewarding skill to add to your massage toolkit. It gives you the knowledge and confidence to continue supporting existing and new clients throughout their pregnancy, welcoming in pregnant clients who may be searching for a therapist who understands how to care for their changing body.

A good pregnancy massage is not simply a regular massage with a few extra pillows. Positioning, communication, precautions and treatment adaptations all matter, but the massage should still feel beautifully connected, flowing and nurturing.

During our day together, we’ll explore:
* A complete, fully supported lateral pregnancy massage sequence
* Safe, comfortable positioning and bolstering
* How to use supportive pregnancy cushions for prone and supine positioning when appropriate
* Important pregnancy precautions and contraindications
* Acupressure techniques
* Pregnancy-safe carrier oils and essential-oil considerations
* Client consultation and communication

You’ll spend plenty of time giving and receiving the massage, so you can really feel how the positioning and techniques work from both perspectives.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive manual, a certificate of completion and CPD points are available for this training.

There’s something very special about this retreat.
Couples come because they want to do something a little different together, to slow down, reconnect, learn how to massage each other and spend a few hours simply being present with one another.

I often describe it as an elevated date night.
No phones. No rushing. No busy schedules.
Just a Sunday afternoon learning, laughing, touching, connecting and taking home something you can continue sharing with each other long after the retreat is over.

Our November Couples Massage Retreat will be our final one for the year, and these afternoons do regularly sell out.

So if you’ve been thinking about doing something really special together, this might be your one. ..
Sunday afternoon.
Your person.
A few beautiful hours together.

Magic moments at Body Riches wellness.🤍

Opportunities to explore stillness |to exhale |to let ourselves feel safe | nourished 🤍

We have a hidden Sanctuary in South Fremantle …

Maybe it’s waiting for you?

Before the doors open, there are flowers to gather…

One of our favourite morning rituals at Body Riches is wandering through the garden, collecting whatever is blooming and floating the flowers in little bowls throughout the centre.

These tiny welcome vignettes bring the garden inside and add a little beauty, colour and softness for our clients to discover as they arrive.

It’s a simple thing, but we believe the way a space feels matters. We call@them - Welcome bowls 🤍

Every flower, warm towel, cup of tea and thoughtful touch is part of creating a place where you can exhale, let your shoulders drop and feel genuinely cared for.

A little morning flower magic from our South Fremantle sanctuary
