This year, They celebrate 40 years of making a difference - remembering loved ones, honouring those on their cancer journey, and looking forward to a future where more lives can be saved.

Our friendly reception team is available to answer your calls:
📞 Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
📞 Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Need to contact us on a Friday afternoon? No problem!

Although our phones switch over at 1:00pm on Fridays, our team is still working hard behind the scenes until 5:00pm to keep clinics running smoothly, process referrals, coordinate appointments, and support our patients and surgeons.

📞 Booking an Appointment at Surgery Central

We aim to make the appointment process as smooth as possible while ensuring you are booked with the right surgeon at the right time.
Here's how it works:

✔️ If your referral requires triage:

Your referral is reviewed according to your surgeon's individual preferences and clinical requirements. Once it has been assessed, one of our friendly team members will contact you by phone to arrange your appointment and provide all the details.

✔️ If your referral does not require triage:

Our reception team can book your appointment immediately when you call. Alternatively, if we receive your referral directly from your GP or another healthcare provider and triage is not required, one of our team members will contact you to arrange your appointment.
You are always welcome to contact our rooms to enquire about or arrange an appointment. If your referral needs to be reviewed first, we'll let you know and will contact you as soon as the triage process has been completed.
