International Friendship Day is about celebrating the people who make us feel seen, supported and welcome. 💚

Whether you're making a new friend or strengthening a friendship you already have, every connection starts with a small step:
🤝 Say hello.
💬 Ask someone how they're really doing.
🌟 Include someone who might be on their own.
💚 Tell a friend what they mean to you.

Friendship grows through kindness, one moment at a time.

Supporting a young person with attending school

For some young people, going to school can cause high levels of distress and anxiety, which may lead to reluctance or difficulty attending. This can also be stressful for the adults who care for them, making it challenging to navigate both a young person’s emotions and their own.

Join our free online text‑based group chat to connect with other adults and explore ideas for supporting a young person as they develop and learn to navigate life’s ups and downs.
