This might seem like some far-out, hippy-dippy s**t, but in all honestly, essences saved my life.

I’ve been an Astro-girlie 4EVA, but essences, that’s where the real magic of becoming more self-aware lives. With this combination, I no longer need to chase reasons to understand myself. I allow myself to live freely, without self-criticism, without emotional dependency and accept me, for me.

My goal is for you to do the same, and it’s honestly as simple as an essence based on YOU, at your CORE.
