Access Your Supports (AYS) is a Geelong organisation providing support services to eligible participants of the NDIS. Director Ralph Menchise, has brought together a team of professional and experienced support co-ordinators who are passionate about positive client outcomes. Delivering quality support services and empowering our clients to achieve their life goals with the services available to them under the NDIS, AYS will work closely with you to implement a plan that will work for you.

For nearly 5 years, Maddi has been part of the AYS Employment Team. She is passionate about employment and loves helping participants work towards their goals and make the most of new opportunities. Maddi brings a kind and honest approach to everything she does. Outside of work, Maddi loves playing netball, heading to the beach and spending time with family and friends. Above all else, she loves her dog, Winnie!

Michael has been Plan Managed by AYS for more than 5 years and has a passion for photography. Despite being legally blind, Michael has developed a wonderful eye for capturing the perfect moment, from the moon and roses to flowers, cars and the beautiful surroundings of the Geelong Botanic Gardens.

Michael captures some incredible photos by just using his iPhone. His wife sometimes helps point him in the right direction or hold a flower steady, but his moon shots are all his own. We're proud to share a few of Michael's photographs and celebrate his skills with you all 📸
