NO ~ is a tricky word & can be a really hard to say at times.

'No' can sometimes mean putting YOURSELF first & making the next move about you.

Nothing wrong with that but make sure it is about YOU & you are comfortable with that & not being stubborn or just scared.

Breath deeply & think about the No's that deserve to maybe, just maybe, be a yes.

If I had said 'No' 2 years ago...

Sometimes the moment is already perfect.Like you can't see the woods for the trees, moment.Just go with the flow x

Today, if you choose to meditate, perhaps you might experiment with letting things be enough.

If you find yourself breathing, let that be enough.
If you find yourself distracted, be thankful for that.
If people around you are making noise, just listen.
If thoughts pop up, say hello.

And perhaps that will be enough, or even better than enough.

Pronounced 'nah-mah-stay' always sounds to me like 'have a nice day'! 😃
But it is literally translated as
'I bow to you'.

It represents the belief that there is a divine spark within each of us that is located in our heart centre.
Our palms together in front of our heart or brow, is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another.
Beneath the outer layers that make us look different from one another, we are all made of the same stuff.

We are more alike than different.
