I’ve been putting so much effort into who I am. I’m eating in a 1700-calorie deficit, and I’m taking myself on daily hikes that are almost 10km long. I’m prioritising sleep, I’m choosing creativity over consumption, I’m investing time and energy into my close friendships, and I’m prioritising my mental health by getting outside, hiking or sitting around a fire 🔥 staring up at the stars.
I’m reading more and more every day, and I am currently reading a PDF of Roadmap by Moonlight by Deborah Lipp.
