Exciting news! 🎉

In October, I’ll be completing a Dry Needling course right here in Hobart — and I’m so excited about it! This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but training opportunities like this are hard to come by in Tasmania, so I’m thrilled it’s finally happening locally.

Now, anyone who knows me knows I’m not exactly a fan of needles 😅 … but I’ve personally had dry needling treatment before and found it incredibly beneficial. That experience really sparked my interest in learning more and being able to offer it as part of my treatments.

I can’t wait to add this new skill to my tool belt and share it with all of you once I’m qualified! 💛

Gee-wiz! My hands have worked over 490 hours of treatments this year! Now they are ready for a little holiday - I'll be back on 6th January 2026.

Bowen Therapy is about gently encouraging the body to relax and heal through manual manipulation. It helps with injury recovery, tight muscles, headaches/migraines, and internal issues (e.g. reproductive issues, intestinal issues, kidneys, heart, etc).
