When was the last time you took a day just for you?
Many of us spend our days caring for others—supporting family, clients, our community, or managing the many demands of everyday life. Over time, it can be easy to lose sight of our own need for rest, connection, and renewal.
This is why we have created Nourish & Replenish—a restorative workshop offering space to pause, reflect, and restore your sense of balance.
Surrounded by trees, birdlife, and the quiet presence of the land, you’ll be invited to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through nature, horses, and gentle mind-body practices.
During the workshop, we will explore:
• The calming presence of horses, noticing how their natural way of being can invite greater awareness, calm, and regulation within our own nervous system
• Gentle, practical mind-body strategies, including somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, to support wellbeing in everyday life
• Time observing and connecting with the herd, creating space for reflection, fresh perspective, and renewed clarity
• Creative reflection and restorative experiences in nature to help integrate your experience, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling nurtured and replenished
No horse experience is needed—just come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
