MINDFUL MOVEMENT CIRCLE | Flow State x Momentum Yoga and Wellbeing

Mi ladis, she’s finally here ~ the collab we’ve been waiting for!

A night thoughtfully crafted to nurture a sense of deep relaxation, creating space for reflection, connection, and release.

A space where your shoulders soften, your breath deepens, and a sense of togetherness with like minded women is ignited.

What a night this will be. Yoga is something so special to me.

At the ripe old age of 8, every Wednesday without a doubt, my wonderful Nan (Nanna Rose) would take me to yoga out at Wiggi’s.

It was always such a magical moment, doing something so soft and mindful together. Those memories are truly precious and were the beginning of something much bigger.

It is an absolute honour to have the wonderful as our yoga teacher, creating space for more precious memories to be made.

:: Centre and Ground Evening Ceremony ::

A night transported by sound.

We were privileged to collaborate with the wonderful and who created the most otherworldly experience.

From the moment the didge began and Carly’s vocals filled the room, the energy instantly shifted.

It felt like a weight had lifted ~ relief pouring through the body, transporting you into a deep state of rest (shifting into a parasympathetic state).

We were also blessed to hear a little of their stories and wisdom on the power of frequencies.

What an honour it is to live this life. Thank you to all the women who have been, and who will continue to be, a part of this community. I’m so grateful to share these wholesome nights together
