I see two patterns play out again and again when I work with women.
The first is the go, go, go woman.
Always doing.
Always giving.
Always moving.
She fills every space with action, yet somehow still feels behind.
The second is the woman who knows there is more available for her, but she can’t quite move.
She thinks.
Researches.
Learns.
Plans.
Yet months pass and nothing really changes.
One looks like action.
One looks like inaction.
But often both are the nervous system asking the same question:
“Do I feel safe to become who I know I am?”
I know this path intimately.
Years ago, after being diagnosed with MS, my world changed.
I spent years searching for answers, trying to understand my body, my mind and what was truly happening beneath the surface.
What I discovered was that healing wasn’t just about information.
It was about learning to feel safe within myself again.
Learning to trust my body.
Learning to listen.
Learning to slow down enough to hear the wisdom that had been there all along.
Because more clarity, more abundance, more visibility, more success and even more joy all require one thing…
The capacity to hold them.
This is why the work I do is not about fixing you.
It is about helping you come home to yourself.
To regulate your nervous system.
To trust your body.
To hear your own wisdom again.
Because when you feel safe within yourself, life stops feeling like something you have to force.
And starts becoming something you can receive.
If this speaks to something within you, I’d love to hear which pattern you find yourself in most — flight or freeze?
