Clinical Lead Manager – Full Time
Seeking a leader to guide our counselling and FDV programs. The ideal candidate will have a career that demonstrates their values align with ours, enjoy working in a dynamic workspace and be capable of juggling multiple priorities. You will play a significant part in our leadership team, be strong at building relationships and have considerable experience in relevant sectors. You will have the direct lead of up to 12 practitioners and may have the opportunity for your own caseload.
Community Initiatives Officer – Full Time
The team engages, educates and supports different sectors of the Geraldton community, particularly with relation to Women’s Health and Family/Domestic Violence. This role will facilitate support groups for young mums, educate and assist young people transitioning to adulthood, and help promote Women’s Health at events and forums. Applicants need to be organised, pro-active, enjoy meeting people, developing relationships and be confident in presenting information.
Children’s Counsellor – Full Time
Provides counselling and case management to children, young people and families affected by child sexual abuse, and children/young people responsible for, or at risk of, sexually abusing other children. Uses evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist recovery and works with families and communities to support children.
