We are transitioning to new clinical software and this has taken longer than anticipated. Our practice and phone lines will be closed on Monday 17th August while we set this up. Dr Pip Holmes will be continuing to develop my expertise in skin cancer medicine through further training and study. As a result, she will not be returning to regular consulting at M**S at this time.

Dr Pip Holmes encourages you to book an appointment with one of the GPs at Midwest Aero Medical Services who are available to continue assisting with your ongoing health needs, when required.

Since 1st July 2026, if you are bulk-billed, you must consent to your rebate to be the full payment of the medical service provided by your doctor.

- For consultation at the practice, you must press the ok button on the Tyro device at our reception.
- For the telephone consultation, Hotdoc will send you a request to consent via email or SMS. Please answer promptly this request.
- We will occasionally contact you to consent when rebilling a consultation in case of Medicare rejecting the original claim.

If you don't consent, the practice will send you a payable invoice for the consultation.
